Taking RSM Tenon on a journey of life

The challenge

All clients and prospects embark on a journey with RSM Tenon, from their first meeting to the natural conclusion of their business relationship. The ‘life lines’ concept was developed to visualise this journey to enable greater business cross selling and to support relationship based selling and client centricity.

Our response

We created a strong, clear and simple visual styling using the tube map as inspiration in order to make each stage and issue affecting RSM Tenon’s clients as obvious and easy to understand as possible. Some fairly hefty data organisation and planning was needed in order to successfully map the architecture of an RSM Tenon client’s journey. Designs were executed for both private clients and SME as oversized fold out maps to encourage interaction between Sales and their clients. Consideration was given to how this would look and behave as a digital piece and the design was created with a view to how this would evolve and interact with the new soon to be launched RSM Tenon web site.
