To create a niche market brand for My Tax Matters, a start-up accountancy service focused on specific audience segments such as: teachers, pilots, ex-pats and policemen.
Following intensive industry and competitor research we defined a creative concept of ‘tax made easy’, this became the driving influence behind our approach to the brand development and visual identity. This process included naming and strapline, logo design, assigning colour palette and engaging audience messaging. The final result was able to deliver a service, often perceived as complicated and unobtainable, in an easy to understand manner.
The new brand needed an accessible communication platform so we developed an easy-to-use website with an interface designed with the audience sectors in mind. This was used to attract new prospects and deliver the ‘Tax made easy’ brand essence.
Various collateral was produced in order to support the new business sales process. Direct mail pieces and fully branded Office style templates were used to communicate consistently with the various audience segments. Info and form packs were created to ensure the tax application process was easy.
