ENRC - Mining for talent

The challenge

To create an aspirational and engaging recruitment campaign for ENRC, a leading diversified
natural resources group, designed to appeal to and recruit high calibre, multi lingual graduates to the ENRC fast-track programme, to become future leaders of the company.

Our response

The ‘Everest’ concept was created as a graduate specific, aspirational brand to gain standout and position ENRC’s leadership training programme as a desirable and exclusive scheme.
Key messages based on this were developed to ensure more engaging web copy and infographics created to make the site more visually stimulating. An animation was rendered to show the importance of mining worldwide, positioning ENRC as a dynamic career of choice and allowing a great deal of content to be communicated in a quick and visual way. This helped to improve audience engagement online with the newly launched graduate recruitment site.

Every brand element was carefully considered including; styling, infographics, illustrations, photography, copy and campaign messaging, a clever brand strategy enabled a high impact roll out.

The inspiring message was taken to the desired market both online via an Everest ENRC branded html email to launch the new site and through various printed collateral supporting a fresh approach to graduate recruitment fairs. Bold image-led exhibition stands and captivating swatch-style hand outs featured QR code links to drive Grads online and sign up to the programme.

So, just like the future recruits, we can safely say that we stepped up to the challenge!
