To re-invigorate the Care Shop brand to make it visually appealing to the care home and medical markets, yet feel modern, fresh, forward thinking and have market standout.
Ego worked in conjunction with the senior management team to clearly understand the industry and Care Shop’s strengths and weaknesses. Starting with a brand workshop to define the company proposition, and core values, a strong yet adaptable brand based around the ‘CARE’ aspect of the business was created. Brand guidelines were created to cater specifically for the differing profiles of the medical, care and corporate audiences.
The brand focus highlights the key differentiators of Care Shop over their competitors i.e. customer service, product knowledge and expertise, an unparalleled logistics and delivery network and of course their fantastic new website.
An internal launch event to the sales team was supported by event graphics and animation. Educating and engaging the sales force in the selling story behind the new brand was vital to ensure the true value of the branding project had a direct impact on front line sales. To this end various support pieces were created to ensure ease of selling and brand consistency as well as to support the new prospect sector.
