To formalise the office environment as an internal communication channel that helps shape employee behaviour and performance and to address shortfalls in employee behaviour identified as a result of a company marketing audit.
Engaging office branding that, not only plays on Brit’s sponsorship of cricket and the Design Council but speaks to employees and visitors alike in a fresh, conversational manner.
It was vital to ensure key stakeholder engagement with marketing, facilities & HR as all were heavily involved in the project. A strategic approach was taken to office space messaging zones i.e. ‘vision/values’ in reception, ‘sponsorship’ in informal areas such as the restaurant and ‘behavioural messaging’ present in meeting rooms. A full messaging matrix was outlined using creative messaging to address the behavioural deficiencies from the company audit.
A fun and engaging creative concept was developed which would also address the core business need. Ego provided full project management, planning, production and installation of the office brand, working closely with the Facilities dept. to deliver a highly effective internal engagement solution.
