Connexions, a government funded charity inspiring and supporting young people with their career and life development were rebranding to Adviza. They required a new website which effectively talked to their audiences and delivered the first incarnation of their new branding.
A multi tier brand was developed to match Adviza’s range of audiences. A bold, vibrant colour palette was used to engage these young, dynamic groups. A lifestyle imagery photographic shoot was executed to create pictures which would resonate directly with the target audiences so they would see the site as aimed at people like them. Collateral was produced to support the various offerings to schools and colleges etc. To ensure consistency and continue the user brand experience the visual identity from website was a key influence on all other material designed.
Website key functionality
User journeys and audience focus were clearly defined to provide an easy to navigate, visually captivating site appealing to a wide range of audiences including school children, parents, teachers and education boards. Social interaction was encouraged by the use of a comments and ratings module so youngsters could show how content helped them and so they could direct others there also. An ecommerce shop was created selling advice packages to young people, parents and graduates to make Adviza more accessible.
